Origin

Produced in the foothills of Huangshan, especially in Taiping County, Anhui Province, China.
Grown at high altitudes with rich soil and misty climates ideal for tea cultivation.

Appearance

Very large, flat, straight leaves with visible veins.
Bright green in color with a fresh, glossy surface.
Hand-shaped using bamboo tools to preserve the leaf's integrity.

Flavor Profile

Refreshing and sweet with a subtle orchid-like fragrance.
Delicate vegetal notes and a lingering aftertaste.
Very smooth with minimal astringency.

Water temperature: 75–80°C (167–176°F)
