Biluochun (Green Snail Spring)
Origin
Grown in the Dongting mountain region near Lake Tai in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, China.
The name means “Green Snail Spring” due to its tightly curled shape and early spring harvest.

Appearance
- Tight, curly spiral shape resembling a snail.
- Very fine, downy leaves with visible silvery fuzz.
- Light green in color.

- Highly fragrant with floral and fruity notes.
- Sweet and delicate taste with a slightly nutty aftertaste.
- Refreshing and smooth with lingering aromas.
